RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY: Hot Miami Shades sales are final sale due to health reasonings when purchasing swim wear, jewelry and other health concerning product. Only in the case that your items are received damage will Hot Miami Shades replace your order at absolutely no cost to you. We call this our hassle free exchange policy. If you receive your Hot Miami Shades damaged, please refer to the below policies regarding damaged items received and we will be happy to resolve this for you.

Hot Miami Shades does not offer a refund policy. All sales are considered final. Please be aware of these terms upon checkout as there is absolutely no alterations to our refund policy due to the fast turn around time we package and ship your jewelry and accessories.

We offer FREE worldwide shipping on every order. All orders ship within 1-4 Business Days.

In the rare case your sunnies are back ordered, your order will ship within 1-6 business days of your order date and ship via USPS 1st class mail.

Please keep in mind during the months of November and December there is high volume with USPS and online shoppers due to Holiday shipping, your order will take the full time to get to you per USPS policies (5-15 business days) and international orders can take 5-40 days. 

Please keep in mind that all orders are shipped with tracking, however, the tracking is not provided when your order is fulfilled. We track all shipments internally and if not received within 5-15 business days, we will provide a tracking number or claim the package on your behalf. Your order will either be fulfilled from our offices, store or shipping center. None the less, no matter where it is shipped from - we will always have it in the mail as quickly as possible and on its way to you. All items are shipped by Hot Miami Shades Design houses. We operate offices and manufactures for our brand and store in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Miami, Florida, New York City, Hong Kong and China. Therefore, your item can ship from any of these places. Hot Miami Shades owns and operates all of its operations. We do not use 3rd parties or outsourcing. If your item was shipped from our overseas operations, it came from a Hot Miami Shades office center or our shipping center located in a shopping area or high end shopping area within that region.

ONLINE ORDERS: Your item may ship from Florida, NYC, Europe, Hong Kong or China. We serve over 160 countries location worldwide and proudly serve our customers from global locations including European and Asian offices where our employees in countries such as China are paid per United States Federal Regulations, along with following health & safety standards and border controls. If you order a product from a company that has a similar product from another vendor or manufacture, we can not guarantee health restrictions, federal laws or any regulations were deemed satisfactory, nore would it be a Hot Miami Shades tradmarked branded item. Hot Miami Shades personally ships our items from our offices or design houses, with our personal touches. Therefore, your order may come from an office in Florida, NYC, Hong Kong, Asia where our 40 staff members work from.

Due to customs, countries may see a longer shipping time that will include Dubai, Pakistan, India, Israel and Russia. However, all packages are received but this process can take 2-8 weeks due to their border control. Other international counties may find these same wait times.

SHIPPING POLICY: Fast & Easy! Our Shipping is easy for our customers. All items will ship via USPS 1st class Mail within 1-4 Business Days of checking out. Your items will be sent out within 1-4 Business Days and once sent, an email is sent to you letting you know they are on their way. All orders are tracked internally and received by the customer within 5-15 business days if the shipping address is within the USA. If you are outside of the USA, your shipment may take 5-40 days per USPS policies. Countries with a longer shipping time include India, Pakistan, Russia, Israel, any islands worldwide and remote locations.

INTERNATIONAL Shipping is available on all store items. Due to the designs having to clear customs - we ask for all customers to please be patient during this time as once the design leaves our design showroom we cannot control the customs process. Your order may ship from various locations that our design houses are found (worldwide). However, keep in mind your shipping is FREE.

Holiday Shipping: In the event there is a major Holiday within the month, packages may be delayed due to USPS as well as the volume of sales that are incurred during the Holidays. In this event, shipping may take additional time + USPS may be delayed. Please select express shipping if this wait will be an issue. If your package is late, we will NOT refund your order. Your order will be sent and confirmed delivered.

INCORRECT ADDRESS: Incase, you may have indicated the wrong shipping address on your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make sure your order gets to the right address. In your e-mail please include your order #, and incorrect address, and please include the new address you would like us to ship your design to. This must be done before your order has been processed. You may email us at shipping@hotmiamishades.com to update your address within 24 hours of placing your order. Hot Miami Shades will not be held liable or replace or refund or provide store credit for shipping errors made at checkout by the buyer as we do ship our orders fast, so will need to be contacted ASAP to make any changes to the error.

Please keep in mind Hot Miami Shades is not liable or responsible for any misplacement, theft or delay or unpicked up items from the USPS. 

FOR ALL PACKAGES: THE SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT SHOW DELIVERED, STILL IN TRANSIT, UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES, SENT BACK AND/OR THE BUYER DOES NOT RECEIVE. WE SHIP TO THE ADDRESS CONFIRMED IN YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL. The address you enter at checkout & we have confirmed with you via email. All packages are tracked via United States Postal Service with up to date tracking information daily after you waited your transit time.

Once USPS has the package, it is in transit, on its way or delivered, THE SELLER is not responsible for your package and if a chargeback is conducted in anyway, THE SELLER claims the customer responsible for the full retail value of the order, not a discounted rate or amount the customer actually paid for the product. But the actual retail amount found on the website will be charged to retrieve the senders cost back. Once USPS has your order, it is your responsibility to find your order and track it with them.

CARE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS/ORDER: Hot Miami Shades is not held responsible if your item becomes damaged once the order is confirmed delivered with the local post office. Hot Miami Shades carries fashion jewelry, clothing and other accessories that we pride ourselves on in either buying the best products or manufacturing what we find to be the best products for our customers value. If your item is noted as Stainless Steel you can wear in the water, gym, etc. There is a no tarnish material. If your item is noted as copper, alloy, metals, polyester, plastic, etc. please take caution when wearing or styling these items and using: water, heat, weight, sweat or body odor, stretching, active/run/walk/outdoors, etc. these items are not intended for daily, every day use in these environments and will tarnish or break. HMS is not responsible for these damages and cannot replace under our policies.

AMBASSADOR PURCHASES / USING A DISCOUNT CODE: There is NO refunds, exchanges or store credits available for purchases made with a discount code. All sales are FINAL SALE when using a discount code - even if there is a delay in shipping time. If a chargeback is conducted, Hot Miami Shades has the right to charge the full retail value of the jewelry once USPS confirms delivery to your shipping address.

AMBASSADOR SALES: If an ambassador receives an order for $129 or more within 1 transaction, they will receive a $20 referral fee from Chic NYC. This amount will be paid within 30-60 days of the sale occurring when all transactions have been finalized. International ambassadors may only be paid via paypal via an invoice being sent to us from the ambassador.

When an ambassador uses a code to receive discounted jewelry the following applies: I agree that I will provide Hot Miami Shades with pictures of my items and post at min. 1 photo on my social media platforms. I agree to tag Hot Miami Shades in the post and create the post within 14 days of receiving the items. I give Hot Miami Shades full permission to repost any of my photos featuring their jewelry designs as well as they may use my photos on their marketing materials that may include website, marketing brochures and more. I understand there is no returns on my affiliate collection piece or return 'value'. I understand that I will not receive a store credit or refund for my purchase if I am dissatisfied. I understand the coupon code I am provided with is good for 20% OFF sitewide at Hot Miami Shades (www.Hot Miami Shades.com) and may be used on my (the affiliates) social media outlets to advertise and offer exclusive discounts to my friends and followers. I understand when filling out this form the jewelry will have no value as I am receiving an exclusive affiliate deal through Hot Miami Shades with FREE worldwide Shipping and other perks.   

AMBASSADOR CODES: All ambassadors/affilates will be provided a coupon code for their friends, family, followers, etc. to use. This code will be active for 90 days from the date you placed your order. If you would like to extend your code we will be happy to do so. Please fill out the contact form and we will reactivate.

PACKAGING/DAMAGED COLLECTION ITEMS: At Hot Miami Shades we strive to provide excellent packaging so that your collection arrives safely. All items are sent to avoid any damage. During the shipment process we can not guarantee that damages will not occur. Damages should not occur due to safe packaging, however, if you ever receive your design broken or damaged, we will happily exchange the item(s) for no charge. In addition, only this time will Hot Miami Shades pay for the return shipping cost (via the United States Parcel Service -Flate rate shipping). Damaged items must be unworn and repacked in the original packaging. Please email us immediately with your order number, item description, a description of the damage, along with a photo to shipping@Hot Miami Shades.com and we will be happy to replace the item or find you another design you like! Please note this will only apply if we receive an e-mail within 24 hours of order delivered to your address. 

The above policy will only apply as a one time rule, designs are well packaged and inspected to ensure safe delivery. Hot Miami Shades will only exchange a damaged item one time. We will not consistently send replacements for damaged items.
